Reviews of London Elizabeth Hotel
-
Charles
The place is ideal and has courteous staff. The room is neat and has pleasant views of Hyde Park. The food is brilliant with a good range of options, including coffee and porridge.

The hotel was overall clean with efficient services. Thanks to the caring staff everything was perfect, including plenty of fab food. I loved the double room which was unique. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was overall generous. The venue was set in the central position close enough to Lancaster tube, and the tube station and hype park. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a scientifically spellbinding museum.

Silent, airy rooms provided with towels in bathroom, balconies to the front overlooking the park, the shower.

Chris
Quiet and distinctive rooms with practical bathrooms and amenities such as a coffeemaker, refrigerators, and glassware, plus a generous breakfast including apples, boiled eggs.

The location is very good, it's 1 minute from Lancaster gate station and 5min from Paddington station. The staff was really very very kind, the breakfast buffet quite nice and it was pretty clean. The room was very big, which was unexpected...
The location is very good for sightseeing and shopping but not so good for girls going out in the night...I don't know if it's really dangerous, but is really quite.

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The hotels location was adjacent to the tube and the fountains of Hyde Park which was brilliant.
Although breakfast was good, dinner was a little disappointing.

Excellent location- just cross the street to enter Hyde Park or get to underground station. Big room for 3-star hotel in the centre of London, pleasant smell in the non-smoking room. Appropriate value for money
Some noise from the street, but not very disturbing. Breakfast is so-so

The hotel has really good and very welcoming staff. Magnificent central location near Kensington Gardens, Underground Station, as well as Chelsea, bus, and train stations.- Sheila's Cafe, which is close to the hotel, is recommended for coffee and treats.

I really liked the old world charm of the hotel and that's why we picked it. We arrived early after many hours of travel and the staff were very friendly and helpful by storing our luggage and showing us to the dining room for breakfast. The breakfasts were good with good service and a bright comfortable dining room. It is just across the street from Hyde Park and the underground which made it easy to get around. We enjoyed walking in the beautiful, peaceful park too. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
The beadspreads and curtains were a little worn and could be updated but it was clean.

Front desk and maid service was good.
The place was rundown. The chairs in my room, although comfortable, needed re-upholstering. The curtains needed replaciing. There were cracks in the window panes and in the bathroom linoleum. The continental breakfast included in the price was substandard, and lookd suspiciously like an inducement to get you into the dining room to pay another 6 quid for the English breakfast. The bathtub had high ides and no handholds. And there was no tea tray!
